Orders & shipping

How long until my order ships?+
Orders ship within 3 business days from our US stock. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves.
Is shipping free?+
US shipping is calculated at checkout at standard rates — no surprises.
Where do you ship from?+
From our US stock. AOJEL is a US brand and orders ship domestically.

The 30-Day Repair Promise

What if my repair fails?+
Every AOJEL repair ships with a method card. Follow it — if your repair fails within 30 days of delivery, you choose: a full refund or a free replacement box. Email aojelfeedback@gmail.com with your order information and a photo of the failed repair.
What's not covered?+
Repairs on materials listed under Do Not Use For, safety-critical applications, or repairs not performed according to the method card. One claim per order — refund or replacement, not both.
Do I need to send the failed repair back?+
No. A photo of the failed repair plus your order information is enough. The repair is bonded to your part — we don't ask you to ship it back.

Using AOJEL

How long until I can use the part?+
Up to 30 minutes working time at 77°F, 3–4 hours initial set, and 24 hours before the repair takes load. Don't rush the cure — nothing gets loaded before 24 hours.
What materials does it bond?+
Aluminum, steel, cast iron, cast aluminum and other rigid metals — brackets, housings, castings, pipes, stripped threads. Check the product page's specification for the exact list.
What should I NOT use it for?+
Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE/Teflon, silicone, soft or flexible parts, fuel and brake lines, exhaust manifolds, and anything pressure-critical or safety-critical. When in doubt, ask us first.
Do I need special tools?+
No. Bring your own clamp — that's the only tool the method assumes. The cartridge works with a standard caulking gun (optional); a push rod and mixing spatula are in the box.
