When you subscribe to updates: your email address, and your consent to receive marketing emails.

Repair records: the Second Life Records form on our homepage currently runs as a preview in your own browser — nothing you type there is uploaded to or stored by us.

To fulfill and ship your orders, provide customer support, process returns, prevent fraud, improve the store, and — only if you subscribed — send you repair reminders and product news. We do not sell your personal information.

Only the service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (our commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and our email service. They may only use your information to perform their services for us. We also share information when required by law.

We use cookies for the shopping cart, checkout, site preferences, and analytics. Details and your choices are in our Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Our products and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
