- The core structural repair epoxy for rigid metal and hard-material damage that must hold.
- For Metal cracks, broken brackets, damaged housings, rigid tool repair, cast defects, frame edges, fittings, non-flexing structural reinforcement.
- Steel, aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel, ceramic, stone, fiberglass, wood, and other prepared rigid hard materials.
- Not for: PE/PP/PTFE/silicone, soft plastics, flexible joints, moving joints, active high-pressure leaks, gas lines, direct flame, drinking-water contact unless certified, safety-critical systems (brakes/steering/suspension/airbags/load-rated structures).
- 2-part structural repair body, load-bearing reinforcement, waterproof and oil resistant after full cure, finishable repair result.
- How to use:
- Clean and degrease -> roughen surface -> mix A/B 1:1 until uniform -> apply beyond crack line (0.5-1 in overlap) -> reinforce stress points if needed -> keep stable during cure.
- Cure_time: Initial set 3-4h; handling cure 8-12h; full cure 24h typical; wait 24-48h before heavy load/heat/fluid service.
- heat, hardness, water, oil: Heat resistance up to 392F (200C) after full cure; Shore D 85-90 typical range; waterproof and oil resistant after full cure.
- Safety notes:
- Not a replacement for certified welding or code-compliant mechanical repair in safety-critical applications.

Surface Preparation
Blend part A and part B at a 1:1 ratio. Mix well for at least 2 minutes until the color is uniform.
Apply the mixed adhesive to the surface within 5 minutes. Use a spatula or gloved hand to spread evenly.
Allow 4–6 hours for initial set. Full cure occurs in 24 hours at room temperature.
Once cured, the bond is waterproof, heat-resistant, and sandable. Ideal for repairs on metal, plastic, or ceramic surfaces.
