Not for: PE/PP/PTFE/silicone, soft plastics, flexible joints, moving joints, active high-pressure leaks, gas lines, direct flame, drinking-water contact unless certified, safety-critical systems (brakes/steering/suspension/airbags/load-rated structures).
2-part structural repair body, load-bearing reinforcement, waterproof and oil resistant after full cure, finishable repair result.
How to use:
Clean and degrease -> roughen surface -> mix A/B 1:1 until uniform -> apply beyond crack line (0.5-1 in overlap) -> reinforce stress points if needed -> keep stable during cure.
Cure_time: Initial set 3-4h; handling cure 8-12h; full cure 24h typical; wait 24-48h before heavy load/heat/fluid service.
heat, hardness, water, oil: Heat resistance up to 392F (200C) after full cure; Shore D 85-90 typical range; waterproof and oil resistant after full cure.
