🛠 How to Use AOJEL™ S300?
1️⃣ Surface Preparation
• Clean and roughen the repair area. Remove oil, rust, and dust.
2️⃣ Mixing (1:1 Ratio)
• Mix S300A & S300B in equal parts (by weight or volume).
• Stir thoroughly until fully blended.
3️⃣ Application
• Apply the mixed epoxy evenly on the repair area and press firmly.
4️⃣ Curing Time
• At 25°C (77°F) → Initial cure in 3-4 hours, full cure in 8-12 hours.
• At 60°C (140°F) → Accelerated cure in 2 hours.

Surface Preparation
Blend part A and part B at a 1:1 ratio. Mix well for at least 2 minutes until the color is uniform.
Apply the mixed adhesive to the surface within 5 minutes. Use a spatula or gloved hand to spread evenly.
Allow 4–6 hours for initial set. Full cure occurs in 24 hours at room temperature.
Once cured, the bond is waterproof, heat-resistant, and sandable. Ideal for repairs on metal, plastic, or ceramic surfaces.
